Where are your translators based?
Typically our translators are based in the country whose language they are translating into. So for example our European Spanish translators are based in Spain, our Mexican Spanish translators in Mexico, our Japanese translators in Japan and so on. When a client has a requirement for documents to be processed in a specific location, such as the EEA or USA, we assign translators located in the required location, no matter what the target language.
What time zones do you cover?
We have offices on five continents and cover all time zones.
Do you offer short-notice translation services?
Yes. If you have a project with a very short deadline, we can have multiple translators work on it simultaneously. This allows us to dramatically speed up production while maintaining our incredibly high accuracy and Quality Assurance standards.
Who will be translating my project?
Your translator will always be a native speaker of your target language with qualifications and/or experience in your specific field. This might mean more than five years of experience in your industry or Masters degree-level qualifications.
You will have a personal project manager who will carefully handpick the right linguist for your project. This ensures that you receive a translation which is precisely localised to your target region as well as the terminology used in your industry or subject matter.
